I advise startups and small business owners on matters such as starting or buying a business, leasing, employment issues, shareholder agreements, commercial lending, reorganizations and selling a business.
Estate planning is also a major part of my practice. I prepare wills, trusts, powers of attorney and representation agreements. I also handle probate applications and estate administration. Recently I completed the diploma program for the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation.
In the community, I have served as Chair of the New Westminster Chamber of Commerce and coached youth soccer. My spare time is spent keeping up with my three boys.
